About the Creator
Alexandra Izzard ’20 grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from Middlebury College Summa Cum Laude and highest honors with a major in Art History and a minor in Italian. During her tenure at Middlebury she explored the world of history through material culture, specifically through the lens of textile and dress history. Her love for primary research drew her to this history-driven project at the Observatory, bridging her academic passion with her child-like fascination with the stars.
