Janice Park is a rising senior at Brown University where she studies International and Public Affairs. She specializes in East Asian studies with a focus on North Korea. Originally from Woodland Park, New Jersey, she is a transfer from Rutgers University. A fellowship last summer with the Nuclear Nonproliferation Education and Research Center at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) sparked her interest in nuclear nonproliferation. She is especially interested in North Korea’s nuclear weapons program and how export controls can assist in nonproliferation. In her free time, Janice sings opera, likes to bake, and enjoys spending time with her dog.
