Eli Horton is a rising senior at Middlebury College pursuing a major in International and Global Studies with a concentration in European Studies and a proficiency in French. His academic interests include nonproliferation diplomacy, great power relations, and American film and media culture. He recently managed the opening of Otter East, a bakery in Middlebury, VT and wrote and directed a short film during the 2021 winter term, Thinning Ice. On campus, he plays for the Middlebury College Rugby Club and serves as a board member for the Epilepsy Foundation of Vermont.
