“This internship is an incredible opportunity for those considering a career in international security and are searching for a clearer focus within the field. CNS does a great job of providing a background in nonproliferation issues for its interns, even when they have little to no previous education in the subject. I was able to further develop my previous interest in Russian politics and history through my research at CNS and I was able to access incredible resources to further that interest. The ability to learn from and interact with top experts in the field is a unique aspect of the internship, and one that I definitely appreciated during my time working here.”
