Applications for the January 2024 course are due October 1.

Eligibility

College and Institute students interested in the topic are eligible to apply.

Preference will be given to students who have taken the “How China has Changed the World” and related courses by Profs. Liang or Teets.

Students can direct any questions about eligibility to Prof. Teets (College) or Prof. Liang (Institute).

Budget

Thanks to a generous contribution of funding from the Katherine Wasserman David Conflict Transformation Collaborative, the student program fee is completely covered by Middlebury.

Students should budget for the following expenses:
