The duties relating to the student’s work may include, but are not limited to:
● INTERACT with and assess USMA cadets involved in study abroad program (SAP);
○ PARTICIPATE in the SAP pre-departure and reintegration seminars, focus groups, and assessments.
○ SCHEDULE pre- and post-SAP language and culture assessments; monitor compliance
○ GATHER and analyze data from SAP assessments and prepare/ generate reports
○ ASSIST in administering various SAP activities including SAP Photo Contest, SAP digital storytelling initiative, and help develop other reflection/data-gathering activities
● INTERACT with military and civilian SAP coordinators in the Department of Foreign Languages to identify best practices,disseminateactionable assessment data, and develop assessment-based program enhancement recommendations;
● ASSIST CLCRS personnel with ongoing longitudinal research initiatives stemming from SAP data and analysis;
● ASSIST in other administrative processes as needed (including grant proposals, budget maintenance, staff management, SAP marketing, etc.);
● ATTEND and PARTICIPATE in staff & faculty meetings.
