Where is the OSM?

The Buildings

The Old Stone Mill (OSM) is made up of two buildings: OSM and the Annex.

OSM is in the Frog Hollow Mill building where Storm Café is located. When driving on Main St., it can be found by turning onto Mill St. and driving down the road. OSM is the last building on the right before reaching level ground.

The Annex

75 Adirondack View, Middlebury, VT 05753

The Annex is located behind Proctor dining hall on Adirondack View. The Annex is the yellow building, which is the same location where the Pottery Club works.

OSM and the Annex have different purposes and uses. The Annex is mainly designated as “messy art” space. For anyone that wants to: paint, splatter something, do anything that would be difficult/impossible to immediately clean up, use flammable materials, or use materials that emit fumes (paint, varnish, etc.) the Annex becomes the perfect place for them to work. All “clean art,” food, business, etc. projects can be assigned to OSM.

OSM’s Formal Office at PCI (Project on Creativity and Innovation)

PCI, located at 118 S. Main St. (behind the library), is the Old Stone Mill (OSM)’s formal office.

The building is home to a number of organizations that work alongside OSM. Liz Robinson, who also directly mentors OSM, is PCI’s executive director. MariAnn Osborne is the administrator of the building and works with all of the organizations as well. Contact Them.
