Ibéricos

Ibéricos is a small tapas bar with a Venezuelan chef who studied with chefs in San Sebastian. Both modern and traditional Spanish cuisine are featured. They usually have torrijas, the Basque french toast dessert.

Pa amb tomàquet (grilled bread with tomato)

Fried eggplant with feta, lime zest, honey, and goat yoghurt; patatas bravas

 

Pulpo asado (grilled octopus, here with potato foam and a pepper garnish)
