Great & inexpensive sushi place on Park in Outremont. Elegant interior, nice staff, popular with a young crowd because it’s so reasonable. Open till 11 on Friday & Saturday, other nights closing earlier, but open. They scared us by closing for a few months, but reopened in 2019 in a new location.
Grilled squid, many sushi rolls, specials — it’s hard to go wrong.

Escargots “new style” — fried, with a salty spicy sauce (alas, they no longer have this)
Various nigiri sushi and maki — spicy crab, eel nigiri and vegetarian, cooked scallop, and spicy tuna-mango maki
Special rolls come with special sauce. Sunshine roll with shrimp and tuna.
