Emily and Jaya are off to the post-graduate adventure of a lifetime. They are both about to embark on an eight week internship with MMT, a marine surveying company that is managed by a fellow Middlebury alum. As part of their internship, Emily and Jaya will be spending three weeks rotating through MMT’s on-shore labs, including labs in GIS and geophysics. After a basic offshore safety training program in Aberdeen, Scotland, the two girls will join MMT’s crews for 2, two week long research cruises (locations TBA).
