It’s the day before Emily and I depart for our internships with MMT. Our suitcases are packed (a little overpacked) and our passports are ready! I’m leaving Seattle midday tomorrow and headed to Gothenberg by way of Amsterdam. I’ll meet up with Emily in Amsterdarm and we will fly the last leg of our trip together. In Gothenberg, Anna from MMT will meet us at the airport so that we aren’t left to fend for ourselves in a new city where we don’t speak the language.
This internship has been many months in the planning and it is finally about to begin! My parents have become incredibly jealous after hearing about the great adventures we’ll be having on shore and on the cruises. Stay tuned for more updates and keep track of where we are with the map.
