MAlt does just this: the program places students in communities that they may not be familiar with, and allows them to give and receive a lot of information, trust, and guidance. This two-way partnership, to me, is one of the most fascinating and compelling parts of MAlt, and one of the driving reasons I have wanted to be involved with the organization year after year.”
