Zola Books is a publishing-related internet startup that launches in private beta on May 7, 2012. Zola will be selling ebooks in a rich social media environment, and competing with the major ebook publishers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple and Google. We are seeking a group of talented, sharp and ambitious interns to be involved in the following tasks at our startup: writer and reviewer administrative support, publicity, marketing, customer service, website analysis, original business analysis and research, competitive analysis, website testing, feature and bug recommendations, social media, content development and other elements necessary to support the launch and growth of an internet company.

2. Online Assistant Editor at Pregnancy Magazine in San Francisco, CA

Actively managing an area of the Pregnancy Magazine website, this intern will be guided by a senior editor and the publisher. You will be directly responsible for increasing website traffic through social media sources, and will manage editorial projects from campus during the semester.
