Better than before.

In the golden age before computers, college students had to photocopy reserve articles (page by page) and pay for each page. You had to come to the library during open hours to do this (and sometimes wait until the person before you was done.) It’s part of the cost of college and you get a bunch of free copies to boot!

Comprehensive?

Don’t undercut the average printing amount by 300 pages! Also stop referring to it as comprehensive fee if you are going to reduce services and make us pay for things covered by the fee.

The printing quota is ridiculous. Making students pay a penny more than their tuition, however they may pay it, is disrespectful.
