As the Community Program Manager, I am responsible for creating weekly schedules for our diverse volunteers from all over the world and for my staff team. In October, our staff team was composed of myself (United States), Elena (Spain), Maria (Mexico), and Hannah (Australia). Our current mix of volunteers represent the United States, Australia, Sweden, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Egypt and South Africa. This enthusiastic group has many different skill sets and work in four communities. Based on the needs of the communities and the volunteer skill sets, I create weekly project schedules, staff responsibilities and weekly schedule, and staff monthly schedules.
