Bella is a member of the Middlebury College class of 2022.5. While at Middlebury, she studied Creative Writing and Food Studies. Though originally from San Diego, California, Bella is very happy to call Vermont home. Her involvement in the Kolot Chayeinu Oral History project was motivated by an interest in restorative, albeit complicated, elements of Jewish spiritual communities. Bella has an ongoing interest in food justice, community resilience, and queer liberation as potential areas of focus for conversations both within the project and beyond. She is grateful for the connections that she has made through this project and looks forward to seeing how often intertwining stories echo as Kolot continues to grow.
