I assisted in the event planning and organization for both the TEDxMonterey Women (December 6, 2013) and the TEDxMonterey Edges events (April 26, 2014).

For the TEDxMonterey Edges event I was the Volunteer Coordinator. My primary duties included: recruiting volunteers, organizing volunteers into small teams, and coordinating with the other team leaders. In addition to my tasks as Volunteer Coordinator, I assisted in the following projects to prepare the event: flyers and posters for promotion, attendee  and presenter give-away options, stage artwork and presentation, name tags, etc…
