As a part of coursework in Study Abroad and International Exchange, two classmates and I designed an intercultural competence (ICC) training workshop to be used integrated into Education Abroad programs. As you will see in the video presentation below, the ICC training and facilitation would take place in 3 phases: pre-departure on campus, pre-departure at home, and on site/post-return.
