A few things this week. . . .

  • The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Research (Lib 225) opens at 7:00 p.m. tonight and remains open till midnight. You will find a Mac you can use there in the lounge. Log in with our class name fyse1144. You will find the password on the “Cite, save, burn” sheet I handed out on Friday in class. Don’t forget to log in to Muskrat with your Middlebury email user name and password. Ig you go to “Go,” and then to “Server,” you will find yourself in Muskrat faster! This computer in CTLR is reserved for the CTLR faculty and our students.
  • Because of the Atwater Dinner, Halloween, and the demands of your i-movie, I have made a little change to this week’s syllabus:
    Mon. 10/31 EMMA ~ Volume I (1-97), Volume II, Chapters I-XVI (97-195). FILM (I will start the film at 6:30, if possible).
    Tues. 11/1–Dinner at Atwater: 5:45 p.m.
    Wed. 11/2 EMMA ~ Volume II, Chapters XVII-XVIII (195-204), Volume III (205-240 I’ve reduced the reading);
    Fri. 11/4 workshop-project
    Mon. 11/7 MP—Present Projects; EMMA ~ Volume III (240-319)FILM.
