Thursday has been a busy day!

Dear Class,

What a flutter of postings today! So far, we’ve heard from Ria, Margaret, Dorothy, Emily, Althea, Amanda, Sara, and Sarah!

The rest of you, don’t be shy!

Update 8/27: Welcome Chi!

Only three of you left to jump in!

Update 8/29: Welcome, Maxwell!

Update 8/31: Welcome, Lise!

Update: 9/2: Welcome, Caroline!

I love that you have such a range of Austen experiences–from those of you who have read everything to those of you who have read just a little (and maybe some of you who haven’t posted yet have read no Austen yet at all). In a way, I envy those of you who are reading the novels for the first time. I’d love to have my “first impressions” of these novels to relive again.

Your Peer Writing Tutor, Julia, has been reading your posts already, and she e-mailed me that she is very excited to meet you.

Have fun packing. You will be here soon–some of you VERY soon!
Mrs. B.
