Spring Break 2012 “ServeUP” in New Orleans! – Explore the intersections of service, justice, faith and community. Work alongside local social service organizations that IV has partnered with for many years. The application is now available online. Rolling admissions, so apply early. Matthew (Prof.) Dickerson’s Bible study on Nehemiah — will focus on something that might be called “spiritual battle”–the ways one will face opposition when seeking to further God’s kingdom, and how to respond to it. **Alternative date is Thursday 11:30-12:30pm in Ross**

Freshmen Bible Study: Led by sophomore students. This week we’ll be discussing Moses.

“The Source”: The Central gathering place of Midd-IV. This week we will celebrating what we have seen God do at Middlebury this semester and looking ahead to the coming weeks/Jterm.

Prayer: “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.” (1 John 5:14). Come together to place this campus before God in a time of intercession.

CHRISTMAS PARTY! Come to Atwater Suite ABE for a wintery evening of snacks, secret santa, celebration, and general holiday merriment! Friends are welcome! DRESS FOR THE OCCASION (Christmas sweaters, elf costumes?)


4:00 and 7:00 p.m., Mead Chapel
“Lessons and Carols” on Sunday
A Middlebury Christmas tradition with choir, congregational singing and biblical texts of the season. Not to be missed! Really powerful program, and the singing is a blast. Free admission but donations for local charities collected.
