Hi, I’m Iris Klotz. I’m a translation and localization management master’s student at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. I speak English, French, Spanish and German, and am a proficient user of Windows and Mac OS. On this blog I chronicle the skills I’m learning both in and out of my classes. Be sure to check out my recent work. In my free time I enjoy reading, arthouse movies and swimming.
Languages are my passion, and I wanted to combine this passion with my interest in the possibilities of information technology. That’s why I decided to get involved with localization, so I can put my enthusiasm to work in this exciting new field.

Many thanks to my godfather for taking this headshot.
