The Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports internship is designed to provide learning and hands-on experiences to individuals interested in Adaptive Sports, Therapeutic Recreation and Adventure Recreation to gain knowledge and professional experience in these growing fields. Interns are a valuable resource for Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports. Over the last few years our internship program has grown and expanded to include summer as well as winter programs. Volunteer Intern with World Camp, Inc. Lilongwe, Malawi
World Camp offers a unique international development intern program that allows individuals to make a significant impact by teaching children and teachers over the course of four day educational camps in rural primary schools.
Groups of volunteers perform four day projects teaching the World Camp curriculum which focuses on HIV/AIDS education, environmental awareness, and gender equality to primary school aged children and teachers in identified rural schools. DEADLINE: October 16
