Gregory Freeman is a dual degree IPS/MBA ‘10/‘11 student with a focus on sustainable supply chains. He hails from New York City and speaks English, Mandarin, and French. Gregory is the recipient of the HSBC and Hayward scholarships and has served as MIIS Student Council President for the ’09-’10 academic year.
In addition to his studies, Gregory serves as a consultant for the GLOBE center. Previously, Gregory has conducted research for the Council on Foreign Relations and the Joint U.S.-China Collaboration on Clean Energy. He has also spent three years in China, exporting bamboo flooring to North America and conducting research on the world’s largest solar water heater manufacturer, Himin Solar Company.
He received a bachelor’s degree from Hobart College majoring in International Relations with a minor in French. Gregory has also attended Middlebury College’s Chinese Language School as a Level one student and most recently as a Level three student as a Kathryn Davis Fellow.
