Professor Peter De Costa (TESOL/TFL) recently presented a paper, “Becoming a Linguistic Cosmopolitan: The Case of a Vietnamese Designer Student Immigrant in a Singapore School,” at the 18th Annual Conference of the International Association for World Englishes in Hong Kong.
