In the spirit of the new year, the newly-formed Office of Digital Learning and Inquiry (DLINQ) invites you to subscribe to a brief electronic newsletter series called Digital Detox. Digital Detox is an initiative organized by DLINQ which aims to reduce the toxicity of our personal digital environments and how we engage with them.
By mindfully taking on this detox, you will begin to develop critical habits that will improve your overall well-being and reduce risks to your personal digital data. The series begins Wednesday, January 10, and includes approximately two issues per week (eight total) written by DLINQ team members with information and activities to help you develop more critical, self-protective, and healthy habits in digital spaces. Issues are sent to subscribers via email.
To sign up for Digital Detox, please fill out this form. If you are curious to read more about the series, feel free to peruse this info on DLINQ’s new website.
