Winter Carnival 2020 Ice Show, Feb. 29 and Mar. 1

The Ice Show features skaters of all ages and abilities, including lots of local kids, in a fun event filled with music and costumes.  The theme this year is “Midd Seasons.”  Cheer on the beginners and be dazzled by competitive skaters.   Come and enjoy the show!  Tickets are $6.00 (general admission), available at the door or in advance at the College box office.  SHOWTIMES: Sat 2/29 either 5:30 or 7:00 PM (check box office web site for updates) and Sun 3/1 at 2:00 PM.

Concessions will be available.  Kenyon Arena is fully accessible.  The show is run by the Middlebury College Figure Skating Club, a non-competitive figure skating program, with participation open to kids from the local community.

The Middlebury College Figure Skating Club is a non-competitive
figure skating program open to children in the local community regardless of
college affiliation. Lessons culminate in showcasing their skills in Middlebury
College’s Winter Carnival Ice Shows the weekend of February 29 and March 1,
2020.

Group
lessons of 8 – 16 skaters are taught by head coach MariAnn Osborne and her team
of experienced coaches from the community and college club with support from
volunteer high school assistant coaches.

The
first session is 8:30 – 9:00 on Sunday October 13, 2019 at Kenyon – so register
now!

All
beginner lessons are held on Sunday mornings at Chip Kenyon Arena at Middlebury
College. Children must be 5 years old by December 31, 2019 to participate. To

The Winter Carnival 2019 Ice Skating Show features skaters of all ages and abilities, including College students and lots of local kids, in a fun event filled with music and costumes.  The theme this year is “Spotlight on Broadway.”  Cheer on the beginners and be dazzled by competitive skaters.  The Ice Show will be held at Middlebury College’s Kenyon Arena on Saturday, February 16th at 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 17th at 2:30 p.m.   Come and enjoy the show!

The show is run by the Middlebury College Figure Skating Club, a non-competitive figure skating program.  Participation is open to kids from the entire local community.

Tickets are $6.00 (general admission), available at the door or in advance at the College box office.  Concessions will be available.  Kenyon Arena is fully accessible.

 

Winter Carnival ICE SKATING SHOW Feb. 24 & 25

THIS WEEKEND!  Saturday, Feb. 24 at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 25 at 2:00 p.m. in Kenyon Arena.

The Ice Show features skaters of all ages and abilities, including lots of local kids, in a fun event filled with music and costumes.  Cheer on the beginners and be dazzled by competitive skaters, including local guest stars and a pair who competed internationally for Team USA.  Sunday’s show will include the Catamount Blades, UVM’s competitive synchronized skating team.  

Come and enjoy the show!  Tickets are $6.00 (general admission), available at the door or in advance at the College box office.  Concessions will be available.   Kenyon Arena is fully accessible.
