Attend Fire Extinguisher Training on Thursday July 17th!

Have you ever had to operate a fire extinguisher?  Would you know how to in an emergency?

All faculty and staff are invited to attend annual fire extinguisher training on Thursday July 17th.  You will learn to safely and confidently operate a fire extinguisher.  Attendees will have an opportunity to use an extinguisher to put out an actual fire using a live-fire training simulator!

Training sessions will be held outside on the McCullough lawn.  Each session will take approximately 30 minutes.  No advance registration is required.  Select from one of the following times:

Thursday July 17th

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM

In the case of inclement weather, a rain date will be announced.

Adult First Aid and CPR Course Offered February 11th

Did you know February is American Heart Month?  This is a perfect time to learn life-saving CPR skills.  All students, faculty and staff are invited to take this American Heart Association certified First Aid and CPR class, offered free of charge, on Tuesday February 11th.  The class runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is held in Mitchell Green Lounge.

Do you know how to save a life?  Want to brush up on your first aid skills?  All students, faculty and staff are invited to take an American Heart Association certified First Aid and CPR class, offered free of charge.

Course dates remaining for 2013:
Wednesday, September 25th
Wednesday, October 16th
Wednesday, November 13th
Tuesday, December 3rd (child and infant)

All classes run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and are held in Mitchell Green Lounge.
