Fall Jazzercise will help you to strengthen and tone (and it’s fun!)

Middlebury’s Jazzercise program continues this fall on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30pm, in the 3rd floor studio of the Athletics building. This high-intensity dance workout mixes modern moves with strength training, to help you burn calories and tone muscles. Sponsored by Middlebury’s Wellness Committee, this class helps you get fit and have fun while doing it.

Think you know Jazzercise? Think again. Jazzercise has been around for a long time, yes, but this isn’t your mama’s Jazzercise. Each class brings pulse-pounding music and fresh moves that will help you tone target zones, increase your energy, and leave with a mood boost. You can burn up to 800 calories in a 60-minute class.
