“It is truly an honor to be provided the opportunity to be a part of the East India field hockey project. Not only are we bringing our field hockey knowledge to the region but we are promoting and defending human rights in India. With the help of various organizations such as Shakti Vahini and the Indian Consulate, we can help create a heightened awareness of human rights while coaching the sport we love. I am especially excited to promote female empowerment during our time with the athletes.”

“There’s something very special about the opportunity that we have as coaches. I’ve always believed that coaching is about love. It’s about building relationships and leaving a positive impression that will last forever. During our time in India, I look forward to bringing love and courageous leadership to the forefront of the minds of the athletes we work with and leaving them with some helpful tools to carry with them into their future.”
