A representative from the hotel will be waiting on arrivals with your name written on a board; the board is branded with the hotel name and logo (Jacaranda Hotel). You should look out for the driver and name board once you leave immigration and the baggage collection area.

The hotel also has a booth at the “Arrivals” section of the airport; if you don’t see the driver you can walk over to the booth and enquire. The hotel name and logo is on the booth.
