The D Sp@ce is a common area for teaching and learning, featuring comfortable couches, rolling white boards, and plenty of space to flex your collaboration muscles!
Reserving the Design Sp@ce
We encourage students and faculty to reserve the D Sp@ce for events and projects. We want you and your guests to have a great time in our awesome space so we have developed the following guidelines to help us share the space effectively.
1. Check the Design Sp@ce availability before submitting a Room Reservation system request.
2. Once approved, a confirmation e-mail of your room reserve request will be sent to you by our Campus Room Reserve coordinator.
3. Prior to your event, hosts will be asked to visit the DLC for a Sp@ce walkthough and orientation. During the walk through you will complete our Sp@ce Use Checklist. Event hosts should be familiar with and adhere to our shared space ground-rules when using or working in the DLC Design Sp@ce so that our campus community and friends can continue to enjoy and benefit from the Space.
