Military Cyber Professionals Association with labelThe Military Cyber Professionals Association, a professional development organization for U.S. Military professionals in the Cyber Security realm, is a proud partner of the Monterey Institute Cyber Security Initiative and we support their efforts with STEM outreach and professionalizing the field.


 

Military Academy of General Mihaljo Apostolski with textThe Monterey Institute of International Studies and the Military Academy of General Mihailo Apostolski -Skopje of the Republic of Macedonia have signed a memorandum of understanding for the exchange of knowledge on Cyber Security issues aimed to help build the first regional Southeast European effort in this field.

MIIS Provost Dr. Amy Sands and Highlands Group President Richard O’Neill signed a Memorandum of Understanding that paves the way for future joint MIIS CySec-Highlands Group sessions that will explore the impact of technology on security, peace and information engagement.  For nearly 20 years the Highlands Group has engaged private sector and government leaders, including the Director of National Intelligence, DARPA, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Singaporean Minister of Defence, in creative conversations to frame policy and technology research areas.


RIA with labelThe Information System Authority (RIA) of the Republic of Estonia coordinates the development and administration of their national information system to best serve its citizens. This includes Critical Information Infrastructure Protection, CERT, Data Communications in Public Administration, IT Infrastructure and raising public awareness about the Information Society. MIIS CySec has partnered with RIA to provide targeted research and promote key leader engagement on pertinent cyber space issues.


SNL with labelMIIS CySec has partnered with Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. MCySec provides tailored, executive education on cyberspace policy for select, international fellows and participants of the SNL Cooperative Monitoring Center.

MIIS CySec has partnered with Lingua Brava, LLC to address language applications in cyberspace. Our partnership will yield executive education, targeted research and workshops in this area. Lingua Brava has been involved in language training and education for over 25 years, providing services for various stakeholders, including: U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. National Security Agency, U.S. Cyber Command, Central Intelligence Agency, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Education and nonprofit organizations. Lingua Brava addresses the unique needs of Active Duty and Reserve program managers and language learners in the cryptologic and cyber operational settings.
