11 April 2014: Mr. Donovan McKendrick, Lead Cyber Analyst for the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC), provided a guest lecture entitled, “Cyber Threats and Information Sharing as a Force Multiplier.” His presentation focused on the mission of fusion centers in cyber security and provided an assessment of major cyber threats.
