16 – 22 March 2014: Dr. Itamara Lochard, Director of MIIS Cyber, facilitated and participated the first Macedonian delegation’s engagement in Estonia related to building cyber partnerships between the two countries and indeed the two regions. The trip was hosted by the Estonian and Macedonian Ministries of Defense.
