Conflict Styles Assessment

This conflict styles self-assessment is a way to help build critical self-awareness. Every person has a different approach to conflict. There is no one “best” approach, but different approaches can be more or less effective in various contexts.

This assessment can be completed on your own or as part of a class, group, or team. Communicating with others about your conflict style, and learning about their approaches, can support more fruitful collaboration.
