Through the on-campus recruiting program, many of the employers who list job opportunities on MOJO also visit campus to recruit and interview seniors here. This also provides students with the opportunity to meet and network with various recruiters throughout the year at Employer Information Sessions, the Recruiter In Residence Program, and career panels. Information and details about these events can be found on the MOJO calendar. Check this calendar often, as events are scheduled on an ongoing basis.

Applying for jobs through MOJO has the added value of knowing that employers who list their openings with us on MOJO are specifically seeking Midd graduates—and in many cases are Midd graduates themselves!

Middlebury is a member of the Eastern College Career Day (ECCD) consortium. ECCD is a recruiting event that allows students the chance to interview with multiple employers in one day.

Two events are hosted each year. ECCD Boston takes place in early November and ECCD New York in March. Employers at the Boston event typically include fields such as teaching, educational administration, medical research, consulting, finance, general research, and health care. Employers at the New York event typically include fields such as advertising, education, law, publishing, nonprofit, retail, and medical research.

The ECCD consortium includes Amherst, Bowdoin, Colgate, Hamilton, Middlebury, Skidmore, St. Lawrence and Wesleyan. It is an effective way for students from top liberal art colleges to meet employers and participate in first-round interviews, all in the same location, on the same day.
