About Me

Nicole Henry

Current student at Middlebury Institute of International Studies, I’m learning the best ways to be a localizer. My focus is in Japanese to English and I’m available for work!

Raised in a bi-racial family in which my Japanese roots have all but been lost in time, I felt an urge to reconnect from a young age. When I began to learn the language and the culture, I found that I absolutely loved Japan. It was like returning home. I love the language, the culture, the food! Now I’m stepping into the working world as a translator and a localizer, focusing on Japan and America.

Once I’ve graduated from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, I will be ready to step out into the world of translation and localization!

Graduation 2023!
