Library Notes—John Hall: a Found Poem, and a School Refuge
/

For our sixth issue of BreadCast, John Hall shares a found poem he created in Professor Brenda Brueggemann’s class Teaching/Writing: The Art and Act of Writing about Teaching during the Summer 2017 session of the Bread Loaf School of English.  Read the full text of John’s poem and feel free to use the comments section to add to John’s reflection on on schools–and school libraries in particular–as places of refuge, and on the value of community connections in engaging students in meaningful local work.
