Clara Natanobah teaches at Santa Fe Indian School (SFIS) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is a BLTN Fellow, a third year BLSE student, and a Site Mentor for the SFIS BLTNNextgen site.

“Not Another Statistic” was written and performed by the Santa Fe Indian School (SFIS) Performing Arts class under the my direction. SFIS is a Native American boarding school located in the southwest representing a diverse community of tribal nations across the US. They dedicate this piece to their relatives who are living in violence or who have gone missing or murdered. They hope this piece helps honor those who’ve passed while encouraging those left behind to continue the fight for justice. #mmiwgt2s (missing and murdered indigenous women girls trans and two spirit)
