This will be the last Well-being newsletter of 2021 and from the GMHEC family to yours we hope you enjoy the holidays and use the time off to recharge, have some fun, relax and indulge in some self-care.  Be sure to check the calendar for the holiday fitness class and yoga schedule.

Seeking volunteers!  GMHEC will be holding well-being fairs on each of our college campuses in the spring of 2022 and we’re looking for volunteers to participate on a planning committee.  Join us on Wednesday, December 15th at 8:30 via zoom (password 135790) for a discussion about joining the committee.  Attending this discussion does not mean you are making a commitment to join the planning committee.  It is simply an opportunity to come and learn about what we are looking for and how you may be able to support this work.  All attendees will be entered into a raffle to win one of five Garmin Forerunner 35 watches.
