Updated Time Entry / Payroll Deadlines for the End-of-Year Holiday Break

As we all look forward to the much-needed End of Year Holiday break (12/23/21 – 01/02/2022), it’s important to note that there are some updates for Time and Absence entry/approval for the payrolls affected by the holiday, as the Human Resources and Payroll offices will be closed during the break.

Please ensure that all time cards and absence requests for the pay periods listed are submitted prior to the deadline provided.

For Employees on MIDD VT Payroll:

Pay Period 26 (12/13 – 12/26, pay date 12/31) – Time entry/approval deadline 12:00 PM EST Friday, December 17th

For Employees on MIIS CA Payroll:

Pay Period 26 (12/6 – 12/19, pay date 12/24) – Time entry/approval deadline 12:00 PM PST, Thursday, December 16th 

If you are scheduled to work over the break, please work with your supervisor to determine your anticipated hours and enter them before the deadline(s) listed above. If you end up working a different schedule, we will work with you and your supervisor to ensure the updated hours are reflected in the next payroll.
