An important part of preparing for Project Ensemble is the process of cleaning up key information in Banner ahead of migrating data into the new Oracle HCM system. Part of this process is cleaning up job titles as they appear in Banner. Our focus on the titles was to standardize format and abbreviations as much as possible within the 30 character limit present in Banner fields.
Over the next few weeks, you may notice a slight change to your job title in SSB. The changes should only be to formatting, in a way that keeps job titles more clean and consistent. No substantive changes were made beyond standardizing format.
