Drop-In Meditation and Yoga
Schedule Changes: no sessions will occur during Spring Break. Additionally, Meditation will not be offered on 3/28 or 4/19.
The Office of Student Services is pleased to offer two opportunities to improve your physical and mental strength this semester alongside our students.
Yoga: Join Andrea Olsen on Monday evenings at 5:15pm and Rebecca Henriksen on Fridays at 7:30am — both in MG215. All levels welcome!
Guided meditation: Join Monterey Bay Meditation Studio co-founder, Katie Dutcher, for a 15-20 minute guided meditation in MG215 on Thursday evenings at 6:15pm. No previous experience or familiarity with meditation required.
