HIIT Training

Tuesdays:
Nina Vila, certified in the Egoscue Method, is a Postural Alignment Specialist.
The Egoscue Method brings your posture back into balance with gentle and effective exercises based on strengthening and stretching the deep muscle system of the body, thus returning your body to proper function. You can expect to feel better, have less physical pain, restore your physical self-confidence, increase your daily energy and just feel good again!

Thursdays:
Body weight strength training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Stretching.
This class will push you to your physical limits with really fun exercises based on body weight conditioning. The class will rev up your metabolism and put you in better shape for all sports or just because you want to get in better shape. It’s a blast!
