Dear Colleagues, Friends, and Students:
I am writing to let you know that my office has teamed up with SGA, CCAL, the Scott Center for Spiritual and Religious Life, and the Center for Education in Action to streamline the College’s student leadership awards nomination process.
In the past, we have operated independently to solicit nominations for the individual awards that recognize student leadership within our respective areas. Part of the new process is that instead of receiving several emails requesting nominations for the various awards you will now receive just one.
We have many awards and prizes that honor our students for their leadership and engagement in campus and community life. Students, faculty, and staff are all invited to nominate students and student organizations for these leadership awards. Please take some time to visit our new Student Leadership Awards Web page to learn more about each award and to submit nominations electronically.
The deadline to nominate students and student organizations is April 8.
We have such amazing students that are doing great things, on and off campus, that we hope you will take the time to recognize their leadership, talent, and impact by nominating them for any of the awards and prizes available.
