AMST 0702 Deadlines, Winter and Spring 2023

• Prospectus and Bibliography due Wednesday, September 28, 2022 by 4:00 PM ET to your project adviser.
• A full rough draft of your first chapter (or its nontraditional equivalent*) is due to your adviser on Monday, November 14, 2022. Failure to meet this deadline will automatically result in a grade of “U” in AMST 0701, and a 1/2 grade reduction on the completed project.
• Detailed outline and bibliography for second chapter (or its nontraditional equivalent*) is due Friday, December 9 by 4:00 PM ET.
• Final Projects: If completing during Winter Term, the deadline is Wednesday, February 1, 2023 by 4:00 PM ET. If completing during Spring Term, the deadline is Monday, May 8, 2023 by 4:00 PM ET. All projects submitted after the deadline will be penalized according to the judgment of the department.

*Because projects will vary in form, each student must work with their adviser to arrange a schedule of deadlines for accomplishing research, writing, and/or production tasks appropriate to their specific project.

Please note: Meeting all deadlines is an important part of the process of completing your senior work. Final projects will be marked down 1/2 grade for each missed deadline.
