Many media reports have discussed Trump’s appeal to “angry, white, working-class” voters.  How do such reports resonate with earlier discussions of the “hardhat riots” and blue-collar support for conservative presidential candidates like George Wallace in 1968 or Ronald Reagan in 1980?
