The Bubble

After the roof of Fletcher Field House was condemned, the college torn down the building and placed the bubble over the track. For ten years the bubble housed a small two lane track, a long jump pit, a pole vault pit, two tennis courts, a batting cage, and the squash courts. The bubble was infamous among athletes for it’s barely breathable air and feared by track athletes for its shin shattering sharp turns.
