The Institutional Diversity Committee (IDC) is a subcommittee of SGA committed to making Middlebury as inclusive an institution as possible.  We seek to create space for safe, candid discussion of issues of diversity and community as well as working to support students from all  backgrounds and help truly make Middlebury home to its 2,400 students.
